Bob P., Sue, Kim & Cleo were there too!  Just somehow managed to avoid the camera.

A Third Miracle - The Fishes and Loaves

Jesus fed thousands of people with a boy's lunch of just a few fish and loaves of bread.
Matthew 14, Mark 5, Luke 9, and John 6

Jesus is teaching.

Then the disciples want Jesus to send them away to get food.

The young boy shares his lunch...

Jesus blesses the meal...

EVERYONE EATS!! and many bushels of each are left over.

GOD IS GOOD - ALL THE TIME!
ALL THE TIME - GOD IS GOOD!!!

Each child received a book of miracles Jesus did.

A Second Miracle - Calming the Storm

Calming the Storm - Mark 4; Matthew 8

Jesus and his disciples went out on the calm water in a boat to rest.

Jesus fell fast asleep.

The boat rocked the people back and forth and up and down in the storm.

It got worse and worse and the disciples were so afraid!!!

They awakened Jesus and he calmed the sea!

Jesus' friends were in awe.  "What kind of man is this who even the winds and waves obey."
He is truly the son of God!

One of Jesus' Miracles - Healing Woman and Raising Jairus' Dead Daughter

A woman touched Jesus' robe and was healed of a plague...
Jairus' begs Jesus to save his daughter....
Mark 5

Members of Breakfast have been learning about three miracles in three groups and sharing what they have learned through plays with the other groups.

Group One shares their play

with a very attentive audience.

Our group meets in the basement of Union Community Church.

Seven hundred people attended the event at Christ Lutheran Church. (150 more than last year).
Proceeds provide scholarships for needy families going to school $/or working so that they have affordable quality childcare.

Thank you and bless you for all your support for this Hilltop Neighborhood Fundraiser.

Thank you for caring, sharing and coming!       (see pictures below)

Setting out all the items...

See the lady waaaaay down at the end of the tables in the white hat and red apron?   That's how long the dessert area was from staging to presenting.
